Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love what you ordered from Easy Mama Shop. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

30-day returns You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all seals and tags intact.

Items we cannot accept For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used personal care items. This includes feminine hygiene products, period underwear, panty liners and pads, wipes, deodorants, lubricants, razors, baby formula, baby food, and any supplements or vitamins. These items are only returnable if they arrive damaged, defective, or sealed but incorrect.

Gift cards and final sale items cannot be returned.

How to start a return Email support@easymamashop.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. Photos are helpful for damaged or incorrect items. We'll reply with instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us, as returns sent without approval can't be processed.

Damaged, defective, or wrong items Please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll cover the cost of return shipping and send a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Return shipping For returns that aren't our error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional days to appear on your statement.

Exchanges The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the original for a refund and place a new order.

Cancellations Orders can be cancelled before they ship. Email us as soon as possible and we'll do our best, though we can't guarantee cancellation once fulfillment has started.
